Description:
Open the attached XLS file and save is as XLSX, Excel throws an error when opening the resulting file.

We are exporting cell references in definedName. Ex: "cat1" is a valid cell reference, this can't be used in Named Ranges/Formulas, but we are not handling this during XLSX export.

Solution is to add underscore to definedNames which are valid cell references.
