Description:
Open LibreOffice Calc, icons below menu bar do not appear. Drop down arrows appear, but no icons and w/o icons user cannot tell what items will be in menu. LibreOffice Help About Version Information Copy Button icon does not show either.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install on Windows ARM Platform
2.Start LO
3.

Actual Results:
No icons. Drop down arrows are there, but no icons show.

Expected Results:
Icons show up. In older versions they did. 


Reproducible: Always
