Description Dirk 2026-01-12 17:04:14 UTC
Description:
When i rightclick one of the LibreOffice shortcuts in windows menu, a list of recent files appears, and it allows me to pin those files.
After each update of LibreOffice this list is empty.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit and save a file in any component of LibreOffice (calc, writer etc).
2. Close LibreOffice.
3. Rightclick the appropriate shortcut and see the the file is listed.
4. Upgrade LibreOffice.
55. Repeat step 3 and see that the file (and any other) is now no longer liste.

Actual Results:
No recent/pinned file lists

Expected Results:
Recent/pinned file lists as they were before upgrade.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

I keep on seeing page after page of "This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 76131".
When are we going to see any progress on actually solving the problem?
This has been going on (it seems) forever.
