Description:
When press Shift+Ctrl+;, no timestamp inserted.  The cell keeps blank.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click a cell
2.Press Shift+Ctrl+;


Actual Results:
The cell keeps blank

Expected Results:
The timestamp should be inserted into the cell


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Tried on multiple Debian 13 machines.  Same result.
