Description:
Repeat of insert row/column does not work in writer.



Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new document in writer
2. Add a table with e. g. 3 rows
3. Insert an additional row via context menu
4. Press strg +shift+ Y

Actual Results:
no additional row is inserted

Expected Results:
an additional row is inserted
Repeat should also work with columns.

I think (but must confirm) that this behavior is inherited from OOo.
After inserting a new line or column, "Redo" and "Repeat" (in menu Edit) are grayed out.
