Description:

Everything worked earlier today.
I was in a saved Calc doc, I deleted the old info, then I tried to delete old formatting.  Calc froze.  

I rebooted

I tried to open that same saved doc, but it would not open, So i downloaded and installed (updated to) the latest version of Libre Offie. Now Libre Office STILL won't open. 
Libre will not open from the desktop icon, saved .ods files will not open, Libre Office Calc will not open from the windows menu. 

I have rebooted 2x since then. Once for the install/update, and again after the docs still would not open. 

No new software or hardware installed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on a LibreOffice icon for the general office, or a specific file.
2. observe that it does not open
3. submit bug report. 

Actual Results:
Files will not open.

Expected Results:
LibreOffice files ought to open

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Can't get to "Help - About LibreOffice" because LibreOffice will not open. 
Even when I go to Windows menu, scroll down to LibreOffice, open the folder and select "LibreOffice (Safe Mode)" nothing happens. LibreOffice will not open. 

I cannot reset my User Profile because LibreOffice will not open.
