Double-click opening bug portable version

Unable to open a document by double-clicking from Explorer when another document is open.

This bug is probably specific to the portable version

LO returns an error stating that another version is already open.

Furthermore, in the portable version, documents often close unexpectedly.

I would like to remind you that portable versions are very important and are increasingly required for using computers at universities and government offices.
