Installed via flatpak from Flathub

I'm currently in the process of provisioning an extension via configuration management (Salt). While native package formats are easy due to their lack of sandboxing, the flatpak'd LibreOffice is more challenging.

The flatpak provides the `unopkg` binary necessary for script or terminal based installation of extensions. The flatpak's `/usr` directory is just barebones what's needed to run LibreOffice. The `--shared` repository due to the `filesystem=host` permission cannot be found under `/usr` but under `/run/host/usr`.

I don't see any way at the moment to install an extension system-wide for flatpak'd LibreOffice.
