Description:
I installed the latest version, ie. Version 25.8.4. on Windows. It doesn't launch, neither using the shortcut nor the direct launch, in spite of having restarted the computer. I re-installed previous version, which is working fine.

Actual Results:
cannot launch program

Expected Results:
nothing
