When I try to upgrade from installed version 25.8.3.2 to 25.8.4 on Windows 11 I get a pop-up saying 'The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'LibreOffice_25.8.1_Win_x86-64.msi in the box below'

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download installation package from LibreOffice site
2.Install Package
3.

Actual Results:
I get a pop-up saying 'The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'LibreOffice_25.8.1_Win_x86-64.msi in the box below'

Expected Results:
LibreOffice 25.8.4 installs on Windows 11 AMD Ryzen
