Description:
When using automatic Heading Numbering in a LibreOffice Writer document, automatic numbers and separator text are missing when a copy of the file is saved as a Markdown file.

It would be beneficial to have an option to include them.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use Tools > Heading Numbering on a document, with numbers, and/or separator text.
2. Save a copy of the file as Markdown.
3. Open markdown file with other software.

Actual Results:
The headings are missing their automatic Heading Numbering text in the Markdown version of the document.

Expected Results:
The headings' automatic Heading Numbering text is present in the Markdown version of the document.
