Result of fast clicking in Presenter Console: too many browser tabs

This is related to bug 170538

1. Open attachment 205263 [details]
2. Start the slideshow, go to the second slide
3. In the Presenter Console try clicking on the hyperlink slowly a few times, then press Next
-> The link opens in the browser as many times as you clicked
4. Go back to slide 2
5. In the Presenter Console try double clicking on the hyperlink, then press Next
-> The link opens in the browser in many instances, like 4-8, instead of 2.

This can be triggered with fast clicking, but not with slow ones.

I can only test presenter console in windowed mode, so 24.2 is the earliest I could test and it shows the behaviour already. This is seen on Linux as well.

Reproducible in bibisect repos between [win64-24.2] to [win32-4.3]. I was not able to test before this, its possible the issue is still present in much earlier versions.
