Description Julian Muirhead 2026-01-31 23:10:40 UTC
Description:
I updated to 25.8.3.2 and ever since have had major problems getting a print to pdf created with the correct page format. Today it is forcing me to use a 90mm wide by 205mm long page and despite changing the advanced settings to portrait A4 it will not change anything.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select cells to print in a spreadsheet
2.Go to pint
3.Select Microsoft print to pdf
4.Choose print selected cells - Format to be exported is shown on the LHS of the window, and comes up as a page size of 90mm wide.
5.Go to properties - advanced settings to change to preferred page size
6.Accept revised settings.
7.Print properties is unchanged and still showing incorrect page size

Actual Results:
Format to be exported is shown on the LHS of the window, and comes up as a spurious page size

Expected Results:
Print size should be changed to the selected settings

Reproducible: Always

I have just updated to 25.8.4 and there is no change to the issue, when printing to pdf I am still defaulted to Japanese Envelope #4 and cannot change it.
