Description:
Tested with Android 15 (LineageOs without gapps) and Android 16 (oem with gapps). 

While testing bug 170561 we realized, that the spinning wheel is custom.

I will attach two screenshots (no animation, i guess a screenshot is enough) in a few moments.

I'm attaching a screenshot by my file manager, but e.g. firefox or fdroid uses the same wheel.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open a file which creates a spinning wheel. (At the moment a wbs file creates an endless spinning wheel)

Actual Results:
Spinning wheel looks different from other aplications

Expected Results:
Spinning wheel should be consistent to other apps.
