Description:
Floating table rendering different after deleting the header followed by undo

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 196989 [details] (bug 163367)
2. Take look at page 4.
2. Delete the page header
3. CTRL+Z

Actual Results:
Opens with 4 pages. Deleting header + undo = 3 pages

Expected Results:
Same number of pages & same look


Reproducible: Always
