Observation:
If you define a standard Filter in the dialog there are not more than 8 conditions avialable. 

It seems that the special filter also do not accept more than 8 conditions (8 lines) as it is mentioned in the help phrase.

Expactation
This might not be enough, a higher amount of criterias or with no restriction in the amount of conditions is needed.

The behaviour could be reproduced in 25.2.5 and 25.8.4. Eight options are clearly not enough, especially for nested or complex filtering.
