Description:
When I click the ? icon above the sidebar ('Help about this sidebar deck') the link takes me to a 404 'Help page not found' error. Help ID: SIDEBAR_PROPERTYDECK

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the 'Help about this sidebar deck' icon. It's a small ? icon above the sidebar.

Actual Results:
404 error.

Expected Results:
Viewing the relevant help page.
