Graphics previously been pasted into a document which had subsequently been subject to successful repeated editing and saving, will spontaneously generate an error message within most of the graphics boxes. If the document is then saved and reloaded the graphics are completely absent. This has happened a few times and may pre-date RC1. The next time it happens I will capture the error. Peter
Please provide us with the document too :-)
Hmm, this reminds me of an old, old OOo bug ;-) However, I can not reproduce on my Mac OSX 10.6.5 system with LibO 3.3 beta 2. Without a document to test, its gonna be hard to show that there's a problem. Alex
Hello and Happy New Year, Unfortunately the error hasn't occurred again since I reported it (despite having happened a number of times before). Currently using OOO330m18 (Build:4) This following week I will be working on a number of documents, including the one that caused the error. Maybe I will be able to sent you more useful information then. Peter
I saw someone talking about this on the English user discussion list. However, I still don't think that any test document has been supplied.
@PeterSHarris: Unfortunately I have no problems ...?! ;-) I suffered from such problems with OOo for a very long time, but evolution eliminated the affected documents or the problem vanished, who can know. Please feel free to reopen this bug if you find out that the problem still exists with the current stable LibreOffice version and if you can contribute a sample document and requested additional information due to <http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport> (especially BugReport Details)!
