It should be possible to set more than 3 conditional formatting entries.
This is for Katarina.
Expanding conditional formatting beyond 3 entries would be so helpful! I have a case where I need at least 6 conditional formatting entries, so I've been trying to write Basic Macros to accomplish this. Writing the macros has been quite difficult, although I've learned a lot.
There is an extension for this: http://www.calc-info.de/makros.htm#mottco
I agree, this would be valuable, really. But, anyway, shouldn't we do it as in Excel ? http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb286672%28v=office.11%29.aspx ("formatting cells based on their values")
3.5 is gonna have an unlimited no. of conditions for formatting
