LibO_3.3.0rc3_Win_x86_install_all_lang.exe, Tools - Options - Language Settings - Languages

In the User Interface drop-down box there are 3 'Unknown' entries.

The three 'Unknown' languages are:
ms - Malay
ur - Urdu
ps - Pashto

I fixed this by removing ms, ur, ans ps from postset.mk. UI localization does not exist in these languages. So it makes no sense to build anything in these languages. Incidentally this also fixed this bug.
