changed links and references

I changed all references of OpenOffice.org to %PRODUCTNAME, and replaced penoffice.org URLs with libreoffice.org URLs.

This one is more or less a DUP of Bug 33150 - ONLINEHELP with lots of OOo references.

@Andras: does you Fix also fix other OOo references found in Bug 33150?

No, it fixes only the Getting Support page. Let's make Bug 33150 a meta bug of all of bugs of this type. It is not straightforward to fix all occurences with a simple OOo->LibO replace.
