Original dimensions of instsetoo_native/res/nologobanner.bmp are 103x50
In the Windows installer it is squeezed into a 102x58 box. It looks distorted.

[Reproducible] with "LibreOffice 3.3.0 RC4 - WIN7  Home Premium (64bit) German UI  [OOO330m19 (build 6 / tag 3.3.0.4)]".

No idea whether that's a LibO or a WIN problem.

Well, the initial comment tells what the problem is, so there areclearly two ways to fix it, either 1) pad and cut the bmp file to be of expected dimensions, or 2) make the size of the image displayed match the bmp dimensions;)

1) pad and cut the bmp file -> less work, I prefer this.
