When customizing the formatting toolbar the "Left-to-Right" and "Right-to-Left" buttons are available as options but clicking on them doesn't add them to the toolbar as expected. See the attached screen capture.

I reproduced this on Ubuntu 10.10 32 bit, however it may affect other platforms.
