I've been using Writer since the 3.3.0 LibreOffice release, and I like to set the icons size to "small" and the full screen shortcut to F11. But then when I close the program and re-open it again some other time, these preferences are reset to the default setting, which is large icons and ctrl-shift-j for full screen. That doesn't happen every time I close and re-open LibreOffice, just enough to get annoying, but so far I have been unable to determine what causes it. I'm using Ubuntu 10.10.

I'm having the same problem (on Linux Mint 10). This happens about every 5th or 6th time I run LibreOffice. Not all settings are lost, e.g., I made additional toolbar buttons visible in calc and they're still there -- just bigger. :) But everything I changed under "Tools -> Options" reverts to default values. Would it make sense to diff the contents of ~/.libreoffice/ over time?

Problem with saving option indeed was in LibO 3.3 but now is fixed. I change status to WorksForMe. Please, change status to Reopened if problem still exists.
