It would be a great feature if you could add text flow from text box to text 
box in Presentation and Draw like text flow between text frames in Writer.

This is a popular bug in the openoffice QA with 28 votes last check:

My particular issue is that I write a long list of facts, change the slide layout to the two column mode and would like the long list to flow to the other text box without manually separating them.

This bug was filed before the changes to Bugzilla on 2011-10-16. Thus it
started right out as NEW without ever being explicitly confirmed. The bug is
changed to state NEEDINFO for this reason. To move this bug from NEEDINFO back
to NEW please check if the bug still persists with the 3.5.0 beta1 or beta2 prereleases.
