explanation how to solve problem with importing and printing documents

Often, when we open doc documents, created by others, there are this problem:
few string of page appears on previous page
on beginning of page appears few string from prevous page
I have idea how solve this problem and explained it in attachment.

This is pretty dark magic to fix problems of font rendering or even badly formed documents. I totally disagree with that feature request transforming loads of potentially significant white lines into page breaks.
