Description Gordon Fox 2011-03-03 14:59:37 UTC
Editing structure of table. If previous field is copied and used as template for next field the table cannot then be saved successfully - try to close, asked to save changes, table remains open - process repeats until option used to not save changes.
Seems to be related to copying the description text for a field.

Possible related bug is that if complete fields are copied, cut and then pasted the descriptions that were written are deleted on the pasted fields.

Database also seems very slow in use. I am using a registered database as opposed to an external version (would prefer to use external but haven't been able to get that to work yet).

Hope that this is of some some use.
Regards, Gordon.

Please report just one specific bug in each report. Please attach a minimal sample document that exhibits the problem, and very exact reproduction instructions.

[This is an automated message.]
This bug was filed before the changes to Bugzilla on 2011-10-16. Thus it
started right out as NEW without ever being explicitly confirmed. The bug is
changed to state NEEDINFO for this reason. To move this bug from NEEDINFO back
to NEW please check if the bug still persists with the 3.5.0 beta1 or beta2 prereleases.
Details on how to test the 3.5.0 beta1 can be found at:
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/BugHunting_Session_3.5.0.-1

Comment 4 Björn Michaelsen 2011-12-23 17:01:15 UTC
needinfo keyword redundant by needinfo status.
Comment 5 Julien Nabet 2012-03-20 15:27:11 UTC
We're now on 3.4.5 and 3.5.1 and there won't be any new 3.3.X versions. Moreover, the description is not very clear to try to reproduce.
You should use this url https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/bug/ to submit a new bug if needed.
