Under Heading "Medienwiedergabe" I find in Help

BTW, I also see the problem from

yes - I'm going to fix this for 3.4 (we do not have german help translation handled for 3.3.x yet)

fixed in pootle for LibO 3.4

"Related topics" is a problem of the wiki help system and cannot be fixed in translation. Bugs mentioned in Bug 35264 should be fixed in English first.
