Default toolbars Alta Vista, Hotbot, Lycos are not state of the art

Rated as "not reliable" by WOT: Euroseek 

Does not even respond: Excite

I believe, Google, Bing, localized Wikipedia should be a good basic equipment.

It should be not difficult to correct that.

I think it's a better solution than removing the hyperlink toolbar (see bug 35313). You should also consider, that users have customized this toolbar for their work with LibO.

3.4 does no longer have that toolbar
