Hello, When I try to have words in "Petites majuscules" the case of the word is inversed. Tried the same on OOo 3.4.0 Beta 1, it's not the same (the case is correctly formated). Hope that this can help. Bunty UBUNTU 11.04-X86-64 - OOo3.4.0 Beta 1 - LibO 3.3.2

I did some tests, was not able to reproduce reporter's results and did not see anything unexpected @ SURCOUF I do not understand how to reproduce your problem, your attachment does not help. May I ask you again to read hints on <http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport> carefully? Then please: - Attach a sample document - Contribute a step by step instruction containing every key press and every mouse click how to reproduce your problem Starting wiht "Launch LibO from ..." - Attach screenshots with comments comparing behaivor in LibO and OOo - add information -- what exactly is unexpected -- and why do you believe it's unexpected -- concerning your PC (especially: video card) -- concerning your OS -- concerning your LibO version and localization (UI language) –- Libo settings that might be related to your problems (video hardware acceleration ...) -- how you launch LibO -- everything else crossing your mind after you read a.m. URL Can you please file Bug reports with status UNCONFIRMED if your are not absolutely sure that you contributed all required background information and that the problem will be reproducible with information you can provide? Thank you!

Still not reproducible with "LibreOffice 3.3.2 - WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) Danish UI [OOO330m19 (Build:202 / tag 3.3.2.2)]". Unfortunately I can no longer check with 3.4Beta1, I had to uninstall that version. I can't test again before Beta3 (or whatever we will get). @SURCOUF (In reply to comment #15): May be you can contribute some additional informaton: - Sample document (WRITER document with word "Test" for all steps you did) - Do you see that problem with all fonts or only with "Liberation Serif" and "Century Gothic"? [Reproducible] with "LibreOffice 3.4Beta3 – WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) German UI [DEV300m103 (Build:3)]", for details pls. see attached "Sample.odt" No problem with OOo-dev 3.4 For me that problem is totally irrelevant, but for users who need "Small Capitals" LibO becomes completely unusable. @SURCOUF: Sample document no longer required. @Cédric: Your Area?
Created attachment 46154 [details] Sample document for Comment 18 Other attachments no longer required.

May be that for you this bug is irrelevent, yet as you said, for users needing the feature, LibO becomes unusable. It's my case. That's why I'm still watching this issus. By the way, I have just installed the beta 4 version and noticed that the bug is still there. Thanks to work on it. Bunty

As I report in bug 36929 this regression affects the OSX build with Latin Modern Roman Caps. For me is a "blocking" bug, I won't upgrade until is resolved :(
Created attachment 46518 [details] Placeholders affected Text placeholders also are affected, with this problem the bug seems critical to me, I don't think we should ship 3.4 with this problem.
Just installed the beta 5 version of LibO. I noticed that this small capital displays as expected. Hope that this issue is remain OK as from now. Thanks to every person who continue to work on LibO development. Bunty
@SURCOUF: That's good news. I can confirm that problem vanished for WIN with Beta5. Due to <https://bugs.freedesktop.org/page.cgi?id=fields.html#status> your should close bugs with unknown fix with WORKSFORME to differentiate them from those where the exact fix is known.
