The table formula in Writer does not work (Windows)

Steps to reproduce:

On an empty text document, create a table, put some numbers, makes them under  numerical format.

On a empty cell in the table, insert a formula, with any other cell as arguments.

Result: Although you can see the formula in the formula bar, the formula does not show results, seem to be swallowed and does not get into the cell.

This makes formulas in tables unusable.
