How reproduce: open new empty Writer document, insert table 4x4.
Then save it in format doc 
Then File->Reload

We see much more rows in table.
This result produced on LibreOffice 3.4 beta 5 on Mandriva 64 bit and Windows XP 32 bit

This bug resembles Bug 35991 - merged cells in tables in DOC files not open correctly by Writer on Linux 64bit (there merged cells nod saved correctly in doc), but it is different bug.
