README of the en-US install tarball

The "README" file of the LibO_3.4.0rc2_Linux_x86-64_install-rpm_en-US Linux tarball talk about a De-installation section but it has been forgotten.

RC2 is bit by bit identical with release version, so separate items in the version picker are useless. Changes have been discussed with Michael Meeks.

LibO_3.4.4_Linux_x86-64_install-rpm_en-US.tar.gz

Still has this problem.

[Reproducible] with Parallel Dev-Installation of "LibreOffice 3.5.0 Beta2 - WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) English UI [Build-ID : 8589e48-760cc4d-f39cf3d-1b2857e-60db978]. I also see several other mistakes.

Deinstallation problem:
-----------------------
Readme text: "read the section below entitled Deinstallation of a Previous Version of LOdev"
Problem: that section does not exist, also affected translations de, fr, es and may be others

other problems from WIN point of view

System Requirements
--------------------
Readme text: "Up to 1.5 GB available hard disk space"
Problem: I believe "At least 1.5 GB available hard disk space" is more correct, also affected translations de, fr, es and may be others

Proceeding
----------
Readme text: "If you perform an administrative installation using setup /a"
Problem: New .msi installation not respected. Text should be: "If you perform an administrative installation using msiexec /a Liboxxxxx.msi". Also affected translations de, fr, es and may be others
By the way, in the following there is a heading "Instalación de LOdev en sistemas Linux ...", but there is no heading that proceeding hints here are for WIN.

Accessibility
-------------
Obsolete URL <http://www.libreoffice.org/accessibility/>, current URL is <http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/accessibility/> (forward works without problems). Also affected translations de, fr, es and may be others

FAQ
---
All links (also affected translations de, fr, es and may be others) in text are outdated, but forward works fine

Contribution
------------
All URLs (also affected translations de, es and may be others) outdated, but forward works fine

Localization es
---------------
<http://es.libreoffice.org/> does exist, but in Spanish readme text all URLs are to English pages.

I removed the reference to the non-existing section. BTW It is hard to give general advise how to remove a package on Linux.

> Readme text: "Up to 1.5 GB available hard disk space"
> Problem: I believe "At least 1.5 GB available hard disk space" is more correct,

No, full install (all languages and features) takes 1.0 GB, plus we can count the size of the installer, so up to 1.5 GB is correct.

> Readme text: "If you perform an administrative installation using setup /a"
> Problem: New .msi installation not respected. Text should be: "If you perform
> an administrative installation using msiexec /a Liboxxxxx.msi". Also affected

Administrative install of MSI package contains those DLLs, so I removed the whole sentence.

> Obsolete URL <http://www.libreoffice.org/accessibility/>

As long as forwards work, we need not to correct the URLs in the Readme.

Spanish translators can fix that.
