Example illustrating the bug

I have a table. When being placed in a way that it fits in one page then no problem. However, if it is placed in a way that some of the rows need to be on the next page, then the table appears to be both at the end of the first page as well as at the beginning of the next one.

The table is actually one even though it is shown twice. For example, if you delete something from the first pseudo-table, it will be deleted from the other table as well.

I have attached a file demonstrating the problem.
On the first page you can see the table with no issues.
At the end of the second page, I have placed the table in a way that makes some rows go to the third page. In the third page you see the 2nd page's table in full, even though you shouldn't.

You can see also see the bug if you go on the table on the first page and press enter multiple times until it is forced to change page. Furthermore, if you try deleting things from the table(s) on the 2nd/3rd page you will notice they are deleted from the other table (of the 2nd/3rd page) as well.

I just noticed on another table that only the first row is repeated when splitting the table in two pages.

Therefore it is possible that Writer considers the first row as a header for the columns of the table and deliberately repeats it on the next page! If that's the case, then this bug is invalid.

Thanks for your last comment...
Indeed, at the second tab of dialog Table Properties (text flow) you can set if the first row(s) is/are repeated.
