3.4 - Released -- OOO340m1 (Build:12) OS: Arch Linux (i686) The Templates & Documents Dialog no longer displays the templates contained in 'My Templates' after: File -> New -> Templates and Documents Instead it jumps UP one directory so you are now presented with the template directories (eg.): en-US MediaWiki My Templates Presentation This requires that you re-select 'My Templates' every time you need to create a new document from a template. This is NEW behavior in the 3.4 release. All prior Libre (and OO releases at least back to 2.0.X) have correctly remembered the last template directory and simply presented the user with the contents of the template directory (eg. My Templates) Now in 3.4, the 'Templates and Documents' dialog briefly shows the actual contents of the 'My Templates' directory, then magically 'jumps up' one level in the directory tree to show the template directories instead of the contents of 'My Templates': en-US MediaWiki My Templates Presentation I have confirmed that the template location from 3.3 is still set in 3.4 (Tools -> Options -> Paths). I don't know what is causing this, but it is a bit frustrating. Let me know if I can send any additional information. Thanks. Keep working on Apache to merge LO and OO. Both will benefit...

RC2 is bit by bit identical with release version, so separate items in the version picker are useless. Changes have been discussed with Michael Meeks.
Is this no longer considered a duplicate of bug 37593? Regardless, I am glad this is getting attention. It drives you crazy to watch your templates disappear as the list jumps to the parent directory in 'Templates and Documents' just to have to double-click My Templates again to get back to the template you need.
