Hybrid PDF is one of the killer features of LibreOffice, but barely promoted and a bit hidden to the user. However, particularly the user experience can be easily improved. Easy Hack improvement of Hybrid PDF No. 3: Hybrid PDF files have the advantage that LibreOffice can fully edit them after reopening the hybrid PDF file. Hence, it should be listed as such in “File” → “Recent Documents”. Currently, after having opened a hybrid PDF file or after having exported a hybrid PDF file, it simply does not appear in the list of Recent Documents.
