In Menu 'Tools -> Options' often vertical fragments remain when clicking through the minu items or moving selection up/down wiht arrow keys.

Observed with  Master "LibO-dev 3.4.5  – WIN7  Home Premium  (64bit) English UI

I can confirm this with LibO-dev 3.4.5, Win 7, the vertical fragments are blue and sometimes yellow, still visible after moving the dialog. Seems not to be a refreshing problem.

Since all new unconfirmed bugs start in state UNCONFIRMED now and old unconfirmed bugs were moved to NEEDINFO with a explanatory comment, all bugs promoted above those bug states to NEW and later are automatically confirmed making the CONFIRMED whiteboard status redundant. Thus it will be removed.
