When you go to this page http://www.libreoffice.org/download/ and click on the downloadlink (normal or torrent doesn't matter) you will get an error 404 on these pages:

http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/3.3.3/win/x86/LibO_3.3.3_Win_x86_install_multi.exe

http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/3.3.3/win/x86/LibO_3.3.3_Win_x86_install_multi.exe.torrent

Confirmed for yesterday (evening):
Missing directory '3.3.3' on
http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/

That seems to be OK today 
(download 'LibO_3.3.3_Win_x86_install_multi.exe' works for me).
