Created attachment 50779 [details] Spreadsheet created in MS Excel, one cell with two conditional formatting rules Spreadsheet was created in MS Excel. There is one cell with two conditional formatting rules (D6). After opening in LO Calc second condition is missing completly.
[Reproducible] with "LibreOffice 3.4.3 RC2 - WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) German UI [OOO340m1 (Build:302)]" and reporter's sample document. 'D6' should have 2 conditions: 1) If value bigger than 'C6' then show format "Excel_CondFormat_1_2_1" 2) If value smaller than 'C6' then show format "Excel_CondFormat_1_1_1"(?) In sample document only condition 1 is visible If you change value in D6 to 2000 you see that Condition 1 works D6 is red opening sample document with MS EXCEL Viewer and EXCEL 2010, so those programs recognize second condition and it seems not to be a damaged document problem. Still reproducible with server installation of Master "LibO-dev 3.5.0 – WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) English UI [(Build ID: a6adae1-4eb4f62-09af278)]" None of the .xls file type selections heals the problem Also a problem with LibO 3.3.3 Portable and OOo 3.1.1, so problem seems to be inherited from OOo. No problem when I save an own document with 2 conditions as .xls @Kohei: Please feel free to reassign (or reset Assignee to default) if it’s not your area or if provided information is not sufficient. Since all new unconfirmed bugs start in state UNCONFIRMED now and old unconfirmed bugs were moved to NEEDINFO with a explanatory comment, all bugs promoted above those bug states to NEW and later are automatically confirmed making the CONFIRMED whiteboard status redundant. Thus it will be removed.
I'll give this to Markus, since it's related to conditional formatting.

So it a totally non obvious way this is a duplicate of Bug 50463. Your test file uses two conditional formats with one entry each to express the two conditional formats. These would be two ScConditionalFormats mapped to the same cell which we can only support with overlaying conditional formats. I'm sorry but this fix has to wait at least till 3.7
