NOT reproducible] with reporter's sample and "LibreOffice 3.4.3 RC2 - WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) German UI [OOO340m1 (Build:302)]", also not with "LibreOffice Portable 3.3.3 - WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) German UI [OOO330m19 (Build:301 Tag 3.3.3.1)]". Same result when I use Menu 'Edit -> Table' or context menu on Sheet tab.

Modified OS due to report.

@reporter:
Please contribute a step by step instruction containing every key press and every mouse click, may be any little detail you use to do in a different way than I causes the crash? Also settings might be related.
Comment 2 leonidmeteorswarm-libre 2011-09-21 05:29:50 UTC
Thanks for replying.

Crash caused by a extension.

I disable a extension "Default Setteing For Japanese".
It works well.

This problem happen when i set a default template of Calc.

Bug reproducible step:

I confirmed it in Windows XP SP3, but a report to crash in Windows Vista/7 is the following URLs. (only Japanese)
http://ja.libreofficeforum.org/node/1388

When the objects such as text box or shape are inserted in Spreadsheet, this problem occurs.

I attached the new sample file which I inserted a shape in.

@Rainer Bielefeld:
The cause of the bug was already one more.
This problem happen when I set the default template which reduced three sheet to one.

Strange. First time it crashes, but second time, when I decided to run LO from console it working (sheet was copied to new document). May be it crashes only if set new template and NOT restart?

[This is an automated message.]
This bug was filed before the changes to Bugzilla on 2011-10-16. Thus it
started right out as NEW without ever being explicitly confirmed. The bug is
changed to state NEEDINFO for this reason. To move this bug from NEEDINFO back
to NEW please check if the bug still persists with the 3.5.0 beta1 or beta2 prereleases.
Details on how to test the 3.5.0 beta1 can be found at:

We did not have activity here for a long time - anything new with the current versions?
Comment 18 Kohei Yoshida 2012-01-20 09:29:35 UTC
As luck would have it, I've just found out that the following youtube

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7jfhl68xojc&feature=youtu.be

was in fact related to this bug report.

I reproduced this and fixed in the latest 3.5 branch. Please verify this in 3.5 RC2. Note it's RC2, not RC1.
