Problem description: 

When loading a MS Excel spreadsheet, I cannot see the sheets tabs.
Also there is a display problem with the fixed row headers: when scrolling vertically they overlap text in the next column.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load MS Excel spreadsheet
2. Try to change current sheet by clicking on the tab: the tabs are not displayed
3. Scroll vertically : the row headers will partially hide contents from the first column

Current behavior:
As described

Expected behavior:
Being able to switch current sheets by clicking on the corresponding tabs
Being able to scroll vertically the sheet contents and read the cemplete content of the first column

It seems very similar to Bug 40009. Maybe a duplicate.
