This bug is still present in LO 4.4.1.2.
Comment 10 Jean-Baptiste Faure 2015-03-07 13:01:20 UTC
Not reproducible for me with LibreOffice 4.4.2.0.0+ built at home under Ubuntu 14.10 if I do a paste special and choose Draw8 format.

Best regards. JBF
Comment 11 Rpnpif 2015-03-07 16:05:43 UTC
(In reply to Jean-Baptiste Faure from comment #10)

Note that this workaround is fine also with LO 4.4.1.2, with all formats, not only draw8, but not with "Drawing format" that is the default with LO Drawing.

Regards

This issue is still present in 5.1.0.1
Build ID: bcace328aabc4c8c10b56daa87da0a2ee6579b5a
Comment 14 Telesto 2016-12-21 13:12:11 UTC
I can't reproduce it with:
Version: 5.4.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: 9cfb2f2f03b5ec086487fd483298466db0b09010
CPU Threads: 4; OS Version: Windows 6.19; UI Render: default;
TinderBox: Win-x86@42, Branch:master, Time: 2016-12-20_23:58:02
Locale: nl-NL (nl_NL); Calc: CL

But I noticed some difference. Dimensions are in CM in draw, but in MM in Writer.
Clicking 7,72 CM in draw or 77,17 mm in Writer max the text a bit 'bold' (seeing same text twice)

Comment 16 Rpnpif 2018-07-03 07:55:13 UTC
With LO 6.05, the shape of the draw are very approximately (!) the same.
But the dimensions are not exact.

Version: 6.0.5.2
Build ID: 54c8cbb85f300ac59db32fe8a675ff7683cd5a16
Threads CPU : 2; OS : Linux 4.9; UI Render : par défaut; VCL: gtk2;
Locale : fr-FR (fr_FR.utf8); Calc: group
Comment 17 QA Administrators 2019-07-04 02:47:25 UTC Comment hidden (obsolete)
Comment 18 Rpnpif 2019-07-04 08:31:55 UTC
With:
Version: 6.2.4.2
Build ID: 2412653d852ce75f65fbfa83fb7e7b669a126d64
Threads CPU : 2; OS : Linux 4.9; UI Render : par défaut; VCL: gtk3;
Locale : fr-FR (fr_FR.utf8); Langue IHM : fr-FR
Calc: threaded

the dimensions are exact but in mm instead of cm (not really a bug).

But the position of the top segment is wrong after copying in Writer.

Dear Rpnpif,

To make sure we're focusing on the bugs that affect our users today, LibreOffice QA is asking bug reporters and confirmers to retest open, confirmed bugs which have not been touched for over a year.

There have been thousands of bug fixes and commits since anyone checked on this bug report. During that time, it's possible that the bug has been fixed, or the details of the problem have changed. We'd really appreciate your help in getting confirmation that the bug is still present.

If you have time, please do the following:

Test to see if the bug is still present with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/

If the bug is present, please leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice.

If the bug is NOT present, please set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice.

Please DO NOT

Update the version field
Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker)
Set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular meaning that is not
appropriate in this case)

If you want to do more to help you can test to see if your issue is a REGRESSION. To do so:
1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) from https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/

2. Test your bug
3. Leave a comment with your results.
4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo';
4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword

Feel free to come ask questions or to say hello in our QA chat: https://kiwiirc.com/nextclient/irc.freenode.net/#libreoffice-qa

Thank you for helping us make LibreOffice even better for everyone!

Warm Regards,
QA Team
