Current behavior: document is opened read-only

Expected behavior: document opened for editting

Platform (if different than the browser):

In msWord this document also read-only. Just editing contents of some elements allowed. In Writer nothing can be edited. Reproduced in 3.3.4 and 3.5.2 on Fedora 64 bit.
IMHO attachment contains forms with options something like "Allow editing in read only documents".
Changing version to 3.3.4 as most early reproducible

opens as "read-only" in 4.1.1.2 under Win7 64bit as well.
i have no Word to test.

Not reproducible in LO 4.2.5.2 and 4.3.0.2 on Ubuntu 12.04 x86, it's opened for editing.

I confirm it's fixed in 4.2.5.2 under Win7x64
