Problem description: 

If I insert a GIF or PNG with transparency, the alpha-channel is displayed as black.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new document
2. Copy & Paste or import pixel-based image with alpha-channel

Current behavior:
The image doesn't look as it should

Expected behavior:

It should have transparency

Platform (if different than the browser):

This issue still persists in version 3.5.0, but only regarding copy/paste. Importing works as expected.

Reproduced.

This bug affects many others see: #33114, #36097, #36098, #38434 (which field to fill "Depends on" or "Blocks"?)

The cause is:
The program with the image source puts this image into the clipboard. It provides various formats ("image/png", "image/bmp", ...).

LibreOffice is only able to paste "Bitmaps" not pngs nor other advanced formats (it certainly can import them, but that is an other story!)

This is a BUG and leads to a black background by pasting or by using drag&drop.
