Help menu item Common Help Topic->General Information->Shortcut Keys, in the section "Practical Text Input Fields" says: "2. Use the shortcut keys Shift+Ctrl+S to open the Special Characters dialog to insert one or more special characters." This is not so and should be removed from the Help text.
Shift+Ctrl+S is the same as Ctrl+Shift+S is the shortcut key for Save file.

It works as documented. In text input fields, such as the edit box in Find Bar, Shift+Ctrl+S invokes the Special characters dialog.
