Please, make a option to create new documents from Create menu (by right mouse click at desktop) in ms formats also. For rxample, a company uses LibreOffice package by default but needs to have all documents in MS formats. By creating document this way, .odt and .ods files are created that is very inconvenient.

Check Options->Save/Load->General, there are "Always save as" settings for each document type.

yes, there is but it is not the solution because if you choose to create "New text document OpenDocument" from Create menu on Desktop, you get .odt or .ods file that needs to be resaved as .doc or .xls manually. And that's rather a big problem for office stuff that forget that often.
So, something like "New document .doc" will be a solution. Meanwhile I edit the registry simply changing .ods to .xls and .odt to .doc in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, that probably is not safe but lets create .doc and .xls instead of .odt and .ods

We will not provide template documents for system Shell New functionality, other than ODF. This would conflict with other applications (like MS Office) that also provide such templates for these file types, and can be installed side-by-side.
