confirmed on linux 64bit with 3.5.0beta2
Comment 3 Fridrich Strba 2011-12-29 05:38:20 UTC
OK, links never worked. It means, they are not converted as hyperlinks, only as a text.
The positionning of the pictures (especially in the tables) cannot be completely converted because the alignments in ODF and in WPD file-formats are not equivalent. So we are trying here to do our best so that user can replace the images in the converted documents without losing any of them.
Comment 4 Fridrich Strba 2011-12-29 05:40:11 UTC
I assigned this one to me, but it will not be fixed for 3.5 for sure. I need to think about the possible heuristics a bit more.
Comment 5 A (Andy) 2013-05-05 12:40:48 UTC
reproducible with LO 4.0.2.2 (Win7 Home, 64bit), but I will take a further look on it within the next days
Comment 6 steve 2015-08-12 12:09:55 UTC
Freeing bug. No action for a long time. Fridrich, if you still want to work on this, just re-claim.
Comment 7 David Tardon 2015-09-07 08:14:12 UTC
Cumulative bug reports are not good--let's limit this to the "missing links" problem.
Comment 8 David Tardon 2015-09-08 09:08:13 UTC
All hyperlinks in the samples are on images. Do you have any sample with a hyperlink in text? These might be represented differently.
Comment 9 Xisco Faulí 2019-01-17 11:08:37 UTC
Dear David Tardon,
This bug has been in ASSIGNED status for more than 3 months without any
activity. Resetting it to NEW.
Please assigned it back to yourself if you're still working on this.
