Because I am the one who will do the most changes in external data for the Bug Submission Assistant, I will need permissions to do the update as per "Bug 41213 - BUGZILLAASSISTANT: Update of external data not ensured". 

I would prefer a solution what will not involve me, for example a request on mailing list or by mail with proceeding within 24h

Thorsten Behrens and Michael Meeks are the other ones who might need the same permission if they do not have already.

I discussed technical details with Loic on IRC today.

Christian Lohmaier or Erich Christian are the ones to ask, they know the SilverStripe setup better than I do. :)

Closed for now, we found a different solution.
