Sample doc with formulas

The example document was created with MS Word 2003. It contains math formulas. 

1. When opened in LibreOffice Writer, the height of the math formulas is not calculated correctly and formulas look distorted.

2. Double clicking on a formula remedies the problem, the height is adjusted automatically to the correct values. 

3. If I save the corrected file in DOC format, and then I reopen, the formulas look distorted again.

4. If I save the corrected file in ODT format, and then I reopen, the height of formulas will be too big, so they look distorted again, differently.

5. If I save the original, unmodified file in ODT format, then I open ODT, the formulas look OK. So this is a workaround.

FILEOPEN VIEWING problem [Reproducible] with reporter's sample and Server installation of Master "LibO-dev 3.5.0 – WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) ENGLISH UI [Build ID: a653e50-1f92ab1-3bd0388]" Win-x86@6  - 111128):
Formula under 3. is vertically squeezed
Formula in 6. is too small

It seems we have some "cropping", area marked by the control points is correct, but shown formula within the area is too small

Not a particular Master problem, same damage visible with "LibreOffice 3.4.4  - WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) German UI [OOO340m1 (Build:402)]" 

Also LibO 3.3.3 and OOo 3.1.1 show that damage, so inherited from OOo.

Effect reminds me to "Bug 39928 - VIEWING: pictures in particular .doc shown wrong, picture size correct, but contents shrunken and surrounded by white margin", but that one has been fixed?

Reproducible in 3.6alpha1, not reproducible in Version 4.1.0.0.alpha0+ (Build ID: c57906c8f614047a488eea6eb77c535bf90a889).

This error is still present in version 4.0.4. Apparently with the same intensity. 
In some cases, the odt file shows a border around the formula.
