Thanks for bugreport Reproduced in 3.3.4 and 3.5.1 on Fedora 64 bit and Windows XP 32 bit Presentation has object, filled by gradient, to which applied transparency. And when press F5, we see that transparency is too high, gradient almost unseen. Changing version to 3.3.4 as most early reproducible PS: radial gradients exports to PDF as many circles. When we see PDF on screen, for example in Okular, circles interfere between them self and we see so strange result. It depends from zoom. Try not use radial gradient for export to PDF or convert them to raster image and place into presentation as raster image instead of original, then export to PDF.
not reproducible with LO 4.0.2.2 (Win7 Home, 64bit) I would say this issue was resolved in the meantime. @Mark and Sasha: Can you confirm this? If yes, than I would propose to close this issue.
reproduced in 4.0.2 on Fedora (RFR) 64 bit To reproduce, should be disabled this: Tools->Options->LibreOffce->View-> option "Use Anti-Aliasing"
@Sasha: Thank you very much for your hint. If I disable "Use Anti-Aliasing", then this bug is reproducible with LO 4.0.2.2 (Win7 Home, 64bit).
Works for me with 4.2.6.2 on FC20 , irrespective of the anti-alias setting. The PDF shows a bit of Moire patterning, but otherwise fine. For me it appears solved.
** Please read this message in its entirety before responding ** To make sure we're focusing on the bugs that affect our users today, LibreOffice QA is asking bug reporters and confirmers to retest open, confirmed bugs which have not been touched for over a year. To do so: 1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) http://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/ 2. Test your bug 3. Leave a comment with your results. 4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to "inherited from OOo"; 4b. I have tested the bug2.odp file on this system: - Microsoft Windows 10, x64, ita, home, daily updated; - LibreOffice 5.0.2.2, win64 build. The presentation screen and also the pdf export are both ok (that means the shade are up starting, like in editing mode, and not centre starting like in the originally attached pdf export). I will attach both the new: - presentation screenshot (png); - new pdf export. Have a nice evening, Carlo p.s. On the contrary my similar bug 81360 still remains unsolved in the same system... ;-)

The bug is fixed regardless to the Tools -> Options -> LibreOffce -> View -> option "Use Anti-Aliasing" status (enabled/disabled). Carlo
